Congratulations to the Kitterman family, as they welcomed

Taylor Carl Kitterman on Monday, April 22nd

8lbs 5oz, 20 inches

We are so happy for your family!

What a lovely night to talk about Choosing Joy!

Therapist Sister Jody Ebert talked about how we can control our thoughts, and then influence our feelings, behavior and actions.

THINK DIFFERENT--FEEL DIFFERENT---DO DIFFERENT!

We all loved every minute of it.

We had lots of good food...

And even donated some dresses and skirts to a local women's shelter, in honor of the story and theme,

Then we had an awesome speed discussion, where we talked about some of the ways we deal with emotions and stay happy!

It was lovely!

At the end of the night, we gave away prizes to our 7Up Healthy Habits challenge winners!

Leah McHorse won a free photo session as the grand prize!
